Mary Renfroe specializes in luxury residential sales and new development. For over a decade, Mary has been active in single-family home sales in the Tampa Bay area and has worked on development projects in Avila, Hyde Park, Clearwater and The Plaza Harbour Island. She is a USF graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing.

Mary was ranked among Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Tampa office top 5 advisors in 2018, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Recognized as one of the company's top- producing advisors, Mary is also honored to be a select member of the prestigious Club 1744, Premier Sotheby's International Realty's exclusive group of industry-leading advisors.

She has earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents.

As a previous Davis Islands resident and business owner, Mary has excellent knowledge of the South Tampa and greater Tampa Bay area real estate markets. This includes extensive experience with waterfront properties and luxury new construction extending from South Tampa and Saint Petersburg to the Gulf beaches.

Her education and business experience make her a skilled negotiator and an organized professional, offering the best in customer service.

Mary grew up in Ocala around the horse industry and is an art and outdoor enthusiast. As a volunteer, she enjoys working with Best Buddies International and supports other local organizations.

In addition to her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist designations, Mary carries the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS®.
